Bikinis, Big Sunglasses, and Smiles

For the past few weekends we have been going over to my ma and pa’s (reesey great grandparents) to go swimming.  reese loves to swim – she kicks her legs like a frog and splashes.  when you go swimming at my g-parents there is only one rule that you have to follow – DO NOT SPLASH GIGI or MA’S HAIR!  well, reese has a hard time following the rules and this was the first thing she did when we got in the pool.   first she hit up gigi and then she frogged her way over to ma for a quick splash.  lily, wendy, and doug have been joining us in our late saturday swims and i think it is safe to say lily and reese LOVE the pool.

i know this pic is out of focus, BUT it is so rare that i get a picture of reese smiling I JUST had to post it – what a cutie :)  she loves her bouncy (thanks lily for letting us borrow it)  she can really get some air in this thing.  My mom (who is currently keeping reesey for me until i am done with work – only 10 days left!) says reese is really becoming a wiggle worm (not sure where she got that from – moi??).  Anywho, when gigi feeds reese her fruit in the morning reese rocks back in forth in her bumbo –which can make for a very interesting and MESSY eating experience.  she has even started doing this while in high chairs – SCARY!  seth and i have to speed eat and then one of us holds on to the highchair.   we sure do love that little wiggle worm!!
