Vomit Comit and the Super Bowl

Well, I am happy to say Seth and Kenny made it home safely from snowboarding. Thankfully there are no injuries to report! Well, I guess that is not totally true - Seth took a nasty fall down the stairs, but he survived.

Kristina and I kept ourselves very busy while the guys were in Colorado. We did alot of eating!, Especially mexican food.

I finally retired the Vomit Comit aka the Murano. After numerous people and dogs threw up in my car (some may say it was my driving skills that caused the vomiting, but I think alcohol played a role in some of it), I decided to get a new one (well, I really kind of wanted a new car too!) I really did love the Murano aside from the throw up, black interior (which I do not recommend to anyone with blonde hair and a dog with white hair), and the nifty little design flaw that would make the car completely die while you were driving 70 down the freeway! It served me well, and I was a little sad to see it go, well that was until I sat in my new heated seat. Anywho, I got a VW Touareg - my G-Pa said he was proud of me for buying a German made vehicle, I gladly accepted the praise while making a mental note that VW's are made in Germany.

We went over to Wendy and Doug's for the Super Bowl. It was alot of fun. Lily really enjoyed the game and was surprisingly entranced by Tom Petty. Here are a couple of pics of her enjoying the game. She is absolutely the most precious thing I have ever seen ~ everyday she looks cuter!

  1. I love your new car! And what a great story the salesman told us. How come you didn't report on that? (and Lily really is adorable!)
